Joon Suh serves as an advisor to the Chair of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. Joon moved to San Diego in September of 2020 from Washington, DC. He previously worked in leadership positions for the U.S. House of Representatives, and has served as a Chief of Staff and in other senior advisory roles for several Members of Congress, including the former Chair of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus. He also served corporate, non-profit, and charitable sector interests as a government relations consultant and authored policy and position papers that appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post. He and his wife live in Torrey Highlands.
